Can I change or cancel my order?

 

Because our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests made after this deadline will be refused. The order can be returned for a full refund once received.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

 

When will my order be processed?

 

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays and sales periods, additional time must be allowed for order processing. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of the order and shipped the day after the order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Due to high demand, orders may take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive.

 

What happens if I do not receive my order?

 

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

 

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

 

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in U.S. dollars, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs charges may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of such charges and taxes is the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs office. What happens if the items I received are defective/erroneous/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing, and/or defective merchandise. When you receive your package, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references. We will do our best to resolve the case as quickly as possible.

 

When will I receive a refund?

 

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank for information on when your account will be credited. If you have not yet received credit for your return, here's what to do: Contact your bank/card company. It may take some time before the refund is credited to your account.
